Join a Group

Join a group managed by a fellow Porter Vendor through an invite message (email or text); QR code; or 4-character code.

If a fellow Porter Vendor has sent you an email or text with an invitation to join their group, or you've scanned a QR code they show you, simply follow the instructions provided once you click on the relevant link.

Alternatively, if you know the unique four character code for the group you want to join, you can join this group by following these instructions:

1. Log in to your Porter Vendor Dashboard at app.orderwithporter.com/login.
2. Click on the three dots next to "Groups."
   
3. Press the "Join a New Group" button.
4. Enter the four-character code and press the purple "Join Group" button.

Your Porter Menu is now part of this group! You can access the customer-facing URL and QR code for this new group through your Porter Vendor Dashboard by following these instructions. You can remove your Porter Menu from the group by following these instructions.
