Porter allows your customers to select a specific destination (table, seat, apartment, office suite) to which you or your group's vendors can deliver orders, thus creating a cost-effective "table service" option.
Available destination names are set and managed for each group that you manage. These destination names appear on your group's Porter menus and are common across all participating locations. To set up or manage your available destination options, follow these simple instructions:
- Sign in to your Vendor Dashboard at app.orderwithporter.com/login.
- Select the Group for which you want to create or edit destination names by clicking on the Group name.
- Select "Manage Destinations."
- Make sure that the "Destination Delivery" toggle Switch is in the ON position.
- You can add new destination names by entering the new name in the "Destination Name" field and pressing the purple "+" sign.
- You can delete existing destination options by pressing the "x" next to the existing destination you wish to delete.
- Once you have made all the necessary changes, be sure to press the purple "Done" button at the bottom of the screen.
