Quick Actions in Square makes it easier to mark orders as "Ready" and therefore send your customer an SMS text that they should come and pick it up.
You can enable "Quick Actions" in your square terminal to make the notification process even more efficient. This will allow you to mark orders as "Ready" directly in the list of orders on your Square terminal rather than opening each one individually. To enable "Quick Actions" go to Settings > Orders > Quick Actions in your square terminal and toggle on the option.
Once "Quick Actions" are enabled, you can quickly mark orders as "Mark in Progress" and then again as "Mark as Ready" right in the order list. Once you click on the "Mark as Ready" link an SMS text will be sent to your customer that they should come pick up their order.
